Anti Abuse Policy

Yootribe is an intuitive and easy-to-access SAAS application that will allow companies in the real economy to forge strong links with their consumers/leads on the blockchain by offering gamified loyalty programs, any companies using our platform should follow our guidelines.

What we believe to be abuse:

  • Broad terms (supply, available allowlist spots, mint price, allowlist stage, no overallocation etc.) that you communicated to your users not being honored.
  • Engage in any activity that is illegal under local, state, federal or international law;
  • Modifying or deleting your NFT project page . Your project's twitter/ discord account getting suspended or deleted by those companies for any reason.
  • Breach or invade the privacy rights of any natural person;
  • Engage in any form of harassment, discrimination or other abusive behavior;
  • Impersonating, falsely implying association with or unauthorized use of IP/ content belonging to another project, company or person.
  • Offering YOOTRIBE page creation as a service directly or indirectly or creating YOOTRIBE pages for projects you are not strongly associated with.
  • Offering botting tools which harm our platform.
  • Strong past association with projects which breached any of the above (irrespective of whether those projects listed on YOOTRIBE).

We exclude sectors with potentially negative impacts on human health or society such as :

  • Weapons
  • Narcotics
  • Tobacco
  • Medical activities
  • Gambling
  • Pornography

In general, actions that are manifestly malicious or deceptive should not be undertaken. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team.

Yootribe reserves the right to refuse service to any person or company, for any reason, including but not limited to, any customer or potential customer that Yootribe suspects will use or has used the Services in violation of this policy and may terminate your access to the Services at any time in its sole discretion. In the event Yootribe suspects its Services have been, or will be, used for any purpose that is in violation of the law or this policy, Yootribe reserves the right to disclose all available information to law enforcement or government officials.

If you are in non-compliance with any of the above:

You may have your Yootribe account reported and rendered unusable.

You will not be able to connect to YOOTRIBE or use your NFT (including other projects that you may have created).

You will not get a refund.
